(SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE INFORMATION) At Marlboro Christian Church people are important. We feel that our people are what makes us unique. This fellowship of believers cares about each other. We Care about Families . . . . Families are important to us. The family was God's first unit of worship. We believe a close knit family is an essential part of God's plan. We Care about Young People . . . . Our Youth Ministry is a vital part of the church. Young people face many trials in today's society and we try to provide the means to help them cope with its many temptations. Our Senior Citizens or "Keen Agers" as we call them provide encouragement and wisdom and help nurture our congregation. We have a number of single folk in our midst and endeavor to make them a part of the "church family". We love them and they contribute much to our fellowship. We Care about the Handicapped . . . . We also minister to those who have special needs. We pay particular attention to them and try to make them as comfortable as possible in our services. Most of our facilities are wheel chair accessible. We have walkers and wheel chairs available. Our folk love and care for these special people. We Care about Missions . . . . The Missions Ministry oversees the mission support of the church. They meet periodically and review the work of each mission. Our missions are direct support and all the money goes straight to the mission field. Each mission is chosen by the leadership of Marlboro Christian Church. Mission support is outlined in the church budget and approved each year by the congregation. We Care about Education . . . . The Christian Education Ministry oversees the entire education and youth program of the church. They endeavor to choose Bible-based material to help both students and teachers. The church library has many Christian books and videos available free of charge.
The Outreach Ministry oversees the services at Cutty's Sunset Park and McCrea Manor Nursing Home. A number of our people participate in preaching and music in these services. This ministry also oversees our work with the handicapped. We Care about Evangelism . . . . The Evangelism Ministry oversees the evangelistic efforts of the church. Teams go calling on visitors and those who have expressed an interest in Christ and His church. They try to encourage them to become a part of our fellowship and help them to grow. Most of all, WE CARE ABOUT YOU! No matter who you are, where you came from or what your past life has been, we would like to get to know YOU and make YOU a part of our family.
